BLACK MOUNTAIN NURSERY TERMS AND POLICY ON GOODS AND SERVICES

 

PAYMENTS ON GOODS :

Unless prior arrangements are made or accounts established all purchases are to be paid for at the point of pick up.

Deposits on some orders will be required depending numbers, sizes and species

All goods remain the property of the Black Mountain Nursery unless paid for.

We have no cash out through EFTPOS.

All bankcard transactions under $15 are subject to a surcharge

 

DISCOUNTS:

Only Bonifide Nurseries, Landscapers and Retail outlets with established arrangements with Pam will qualify for discounts.

All these transactions must be paid for on pick up of goods unless prior arrangements are made with management or an account established. NO DISCOUNTS WILL APPLY TO SPECIALS!

Discounts for specials only apply to stock on hand and/or that time period but not for stock that needs ordering in.

 

ORDERS NOT PICK UP:

Unless prior agreement is made stock not picked up after 2 months will be put back in the selling stock.

We will notify you by phone that this will happen.

We also reserve the right to bag up bare rooted trees and charge if left too late in the season and are budding out. This applies to goods not paid for.

 

DELIVERIES:

We can arrange deliveries but we not responsible for loss or damage

We do not deliver products for customers unless special arrangements are made.

All nursery deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser.

There are transport arrangements we can make through Niftys for you and you will be charged the freight but it must be arranged prior.

Chemical and fertiliser purchases must be picked up by purchaser.

 

CLAIMS AND RETURNS:

The Black Mountain Nursery policy on plant replacement will not cover plants

that have died from transport stress, poor storage or maintenance while transplanting. We must receive

claims within 7 days of pick up, we will then check our remaining stock at the nursery and the claim will be then decided.

Bare rooted trees pick up late in the season budding out will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

BREAKAGES AT THE NURSERY:

Breakage by animals or customer negilence must be paid for

 

ANIMALS IN THE NURSERY:

We do not encourage animals in the nursery for safety reasons and damage to plants. All animals if

permission from staff are allowed out must be on leads.

 

CHILDREN IN THE NURSERY:

All children must be supervised at all times for safety reasons and damage to product.
